Our mission is to help integrate
technology into the classrooms.

The Mueller Tech Squad is our school's Student Technology Leadership Team. There are 18 members on the squad ranging from third grade to fifth grade. These students were selected based on their application, teacher recommendation, and their ability to work well with others. We meet after school on Thursdays from 4:10-5:00. Some of the duties of the Tech Squad are: creating and performing the weekly in-school TV broadcast and helping other students in the computer lab during technology classes. They have been trained and know how to set up our two mobile labs, the Smartboards and the projectors. |

Team Code of Conduct
I will show up to all scheduled Tech Meetings.
When helping teachers or other students, I will be courteous and helpful.
I will wear my Tech shirt with pride and honor.
When entering a room, I will be focused on what needs to be done.
When in another room, I will keep my hands only on computer things. I will not touch anything that does not belong to me or is the teacher’s property.
I will be responsible of making up anything I miss in the classroom while I am working on technology.
I will keep up my grades and not cause any problems in my classroom.
I will be a good citizen and a team player.
I will respect and follow all school rules.
I will be responsible and careful when working with the technology equipment.
I will remind my parents that I will need a ride home on tech meeting nights.
I will use meeting time wisely.
I will check the on-line schedule every morning.
Any violation of the
above will result in being excused from the Student Technology Team. There are
a lot of kids who want the chance that you are getting. Remember you are there
to help, not to be a distraction..
