Giving Tree
In December, our PTO hosts a festive Giving Tree program. Each day for several weeks, parent volunteers display beautiful new books that parents, grandparents, and friends can purchase and donate to our library in their child's honor. A colorful bookplate or sign identifies the donation and the honored child. When the book has been processed and entered in the computer check out system, the student in whose name the book was donated becomes the first person to check out "their" book.
