Our Handchime ensemble consists of:
10 students in grades 4/5th who have gone through a rigorous audition process and/or were in the beginning Handchime choir "The Tintinnabulators" and have been selected to ring in the advanced choir "The Mueller Meisterringers". Most students have been in the ensemble 1-2 years and have developed excellent ringing skills, have learned ensemble precision and are terrific kids!Rehearsals: are Tues—Thurs. from 1:00—1:30 p.m. These ringers meet and have lunch together with their director prior to rehearsals, as well as give up their extra free time on these days to devote to their art.
Funding and support: the bell choir is not funded by the school, so all costs are supported by fundraisers, music fees, parents and the director. If you would like to book the choir to perform at a venue, contact Mrs. Harris at 973-8322. A donation for the performance would be graciously accepted! Please call way in advance of your event so we can put you on our ringing schedule.
Parents and visitors are always welcome to attend our rehearsals and community concerts!
