To meet our students' needs,
we have developed our T.E.C. STAR program. T.E.C. STAR stands
for Teaching Every Child Science,
Technology, Arts/Academics, and Reading/Writing/Arithmetic.
The T.E.C. STAR program has helped us to focus on academics
(i.e., reading, writing, and arithmetic) in the
classroom
and to enrich our program with some learning outside of the classroom
that students will need to know in the 21st Century. As ALL of
our teachers work with our students, students get a better, more
enriched education that other schools may not be able to offer.
Students benefit from the exposure to Art,
Music, Physical
Education, Science, and Technology classes from teachers
who are excited about teaching in their specialty areas. The T.E.C.
STAR program allows ALL of our teachers to work together to provide
a quality education for each student.
